This Privacy Policy explains how Saita collects, uses, stores, and deletes data when people use the Saita mobile application and related backend service.

Data We Collect

Saita collects only data needed to provide appointment booking, account access, push notifications, and app reliability.

Account and Access Data

• Master access token and master key.
• Client access token linked to a master.
• Device installation ID generated by the app.
• Recovery code and two-factor authentication state for master accounts.

The app stores access tokens and the installation ID locally on the device using secure device storage.

Public Master Profile Data

Masters may choose to provide public profile details:

• Public name.
• Public address.
• Public phone number.
• Public visibility status.

If public visibility is enabled, these details may be shown to people browsing public master profiles in the app.

Client Profile and Booking Data

Saita may process client data entered by a client or master:

• Client display name.
• Client phone number.
• Registration requests.
• Appointment date and time.
• Selected service.
• Appointment status.
• Client notes.
• Appointment messages.

This data is used to create and manage bookings between a master and a client.

Services and Working Schedule Data

Masters may enter:

• Services, durations, prices, and active/inactive status.
• Working hours.
• Working day overrides.
• Break settings.

This data is used to show available booking slots.

Push Notification Data

If push notifications are enabled, Saita may store push notification tokens and device binding data to send appointment, registration, and message notifications.

Reliability and Crash Data

Saita uses Firebase Crashlytics for crash and error reporting. Crash reports may include:

• Error and crash stack traces.
• App version and device/platform information.
• Error reference IDs shown in production error messages.
• Non-sensitive error context, such as which app flow failed.

Crash reporting is used to diagnose and fix reliability issues.

How We Use Data

• Authenticate masters and clients.
• Show public master profiles.
• Create, update, cancel, restore, and reschedule appointments.
• Send appointment and message notifications.
• Show booking availability.
• Protect access to master and client areas.
• Diagnose crashes and production errors.
• Provide support and handle account/data deletion requests.

Data Sharing

Saita does not sell personal data.

Data may be shared only as needed to operate the service:

• Between a master and their clients for booking and appointment management.
• With infrastructure providers that host the backend and database.
• With Firebase/Google services used for push notifications and crash reporting.
• If required by law or necessary to protect the service from abuse.

Data Retention

Saita keeps data while it is needed to provide the service, support users, and maintain operational backups.

Some data may remain temporarily in backups or logs after deletion from the active database. Backup retention period: 30 days.

Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account or personal data.

Clients and masters can request deletion from inside the app. You can also contact us at saitameister@proton.me with enough information to identify the account.

• Clients: delete or anonymize the client profile and related personal details.
• Masters: delete or anonymize the master account, public profile, clients, schedules, services, and related booking data where legally and operationally possible.

Some records may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes.

User Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at saitameister@proton.me.

Children

Saita is not intended for children. If you believe a child provided personal data through Saita, contact us at saitameister@proton.me.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as Saita changes. The latest version will be published at the public Privacy Policy URL.
