- The phone number associated with the profile if one was provided.
- Any other information that helps identify the profile to delete.
What Can Be Deleted
Depending on the account type and operational requirements, Saita may delete or anonymize:
- Public master profile details.
- Client profile details.
- Access tokens and device bindings.
- Push notification tokens.
- Appointment notes and message content where deletion is technically and legally possible.
What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or operational backup purposes.
Backup retention period: 30 days.
